Gebrouwen met een 150 jaar oud Estlands winterroggeras genaamd Sangaste, dat zorgt voor een prachtige viscositeit en diepe complexiteit. De rijping op whiskybarrels brengt elegante tonen van bloemige honing, aromatische heide en geroosterd hout naar voren.
