This fascinating creation by Polish brewery Quantum Satis from Domasław demonstrates the craftsmanship with which they combine traditional mead-making with modern flavor exploration. With a solid alcohol content of 13.3 percent, this 375ml bottle offers an intriguing blend in which the friendly acidity of aronia and rosehips plays beautifully together with the warm depth of coffee.
