Limited, semi-sweet Polish trójniak mead from Quantum Satis, made with lightly caramelized buckwheat honey. The mead was fermented with GV S107 yeast and subsequently aged for seven months in a plum brandy cask. Quantum Satis, originating from the Polish Domasław, has brought an impressive creation to the bottle with Spichlerz 2. This special mead presents itself as rich, smooth and complex with a deep character and refined sweetness. The combination of lightly caramelized buckwheat honey and aging in plum brandy creates a layered flavor profile that unfolds slowly. With an alcohol content of 12.7 percent, this 375ml bottle has the necessary structure to bring out the subtle nuances of both the honey and the plum brandy. This is a mead for lovers of refined, complex drinks who are not afraid of experimentation.
