About this release
Een uitzonderlijke barleywine die drie jaar gerijpt is in de 'Barleywinery' van Revolution Brewing. De helft van de rijpingstijd werd doorgebracht in bourbon vaten, waarna de bier zijn finale touch kreeg in Franse eiken vaten die eerder kersenliqueur bevatten. Dit resulteerde in een hooggeconcentreerde symfonie van mout, eik en rijpe kers. Frequent bijvullen van de vaten bewaart de frisse aromaten, waardoor deze ongeblende, extra-zoete barleywine een complexe en tijdloze smaakervaring biedt. FOBAB 2025 inzending.
