About this release

A West Coast-style IPA brewed in collaboration with Brewerdan by Root + Branch Brewing from Copiague, United States. This 473ml can contains a wild and intensely hoppy experiment with an alcohol content of 6.5%. The beer is brewed entirely with 2-row malt and kettle-hopped with Columbus, Krush, and Mosaic hops. Dry hopping was also done with Krush and Mosaic varieties, after which the beer received an extra boost. Just 24 hours before packaging, the beer was enriched in the bright tank with a full liter of YCH experimental Mosaic 805 hop powder. This results in a beer with intense aromas and a complex hop character. In Search of Lost Time VII is a statement piece from the TapRoom collection, in which Root + Branch Brewing pushes their boundaries. The combination of classic West Coast-style elements with experimental hop varieties makes this a must-try for hopheads and IPA lovers. The beer proves that traditional brewing methods can perfectly coexist with innovative ingredients. This is brewing at the cutting edge, where every detail has been carefully considered.
