This 8.0% DIPA is a fine example of why Ārpus from Stapriņi has built a large international following. The combination of Peacharine, Simcoe Cryo and Citra creates a complex, seductive aroma hop with a velvety smooth mouthfeel. The beer retains that characteristic glow that Ārpus is known for, without coming across as heavy or obtrusive.
