Fermenting Frank is een weelderige Mosaic New England Double IPA van Two Chefs Brewing, gestookt op 8% ABV. De Mosaic hop zorgt voor een explosie van tropisch fruit: mango, bosbes en passievrucht domineren het aroma. Het bier heeft een zacht, romig mondgevoel typisch voor het NEIPA-stijl, met een subtiele bitterheid die de sappige smaak in balans houdt. Een indrukwekkende dubbele IPA voor de echte hopfanaat.
