Gingerbread Tonka Stout brewed in collaboration with Fuerst Wiacek. This full-bodied 12 percent stout bursts with warming notes of spicy gingerbread, sweet vanilla and almond from tonka bean. The deep malty base evokes pure chocolate and caramel, resulting in a luxurious dessert beer with a perfect spicy, wintry twist. Brouwerij Kees from Middelburg has created this beer together with Fuerst Wiacek based on their philosophy that life is too short for boring beers. The brewery is known for flavorful, fruity and hoppy creations, but also for robust dark beers with a unique twist. Gingerbread Man is a beautiful example of that creativity, with this brewery having created a dessert beer that feels warm and restrained.
