Neoblast is a collaboration between Equilibrium and Aslin Beer Company. This beer is built on a soft, wheat-rich base and finished with pineapple terpenes from Abstract Sky Farm. The Pacific Northwest hop blend delivers an exuberant nose of pineapple, citrus and candied lime, while a subtle coconut veil makes the finish soft and colada-like. Equilibrium Brewery from Middletown in New York is world-renowned for its hazy IPAs with enormous hop aromas and a particularly soft mouthfeel. The brewing company, founded by MIT scientists, approaches brewing from a scientific perspective and strives for perfect balance in every beer. In collaboration with Aslin Beer Company, they have created with Neoblast a fresh, tropical IPA that combines the best of both top breweries. This 473ml bottle brings an exuberant tropical experience.
