About this release

A blonde soured beer of 5.0%, aged in a Châteauneuf-du-Pape barrel and enriched with yuzu. This collaboration between Alvinne and Cockroach Brew delivers a refreshing sour beer with citrus fruit, subtle wood notes and a lively freshness. The fermentation in the prestigious wine barrel gives this beer extra complexity and characterful notes that blend beautifully with the citrus aromas of the yuzu. This is a truly exclusive limited release of which only 108 bottles have been brewed. For lovers of elegant soured beers with a refined flavor profile, this is an absolute must-have. The balance between the sweeter fruit notes and the sharpness of the acidity makes this beer particularly drinkable despite its complexity. With a modest alcohol content of 5.0% in a 330ml bottle, Few More Beers 001/108 is a perfect beer for those who love refined brewery collaborations and are not afraid of experimentation. The combination of Belgian brewing tradition and creative additions gives this beer a unique character that you won't find elsewhere. This is a true gem for collectors and beer enthusiasts looking for something special and elusive.
