Spontaneously fermented beer, aged for one year in a Pinot Noir barrel, then transferred to a Vinification Intégrale barrel and macerated for 7 months with Pinot Noir grapes from Burgundy. The concentration is 300g/L, resulting in a complex, fruity and refined beer.
