About this release
Pedestal is hun single hop bierlijn. Ze isoleren één bijzonder heerlijke hop en zetten deze hoog op een hazy voetstuk zodat je smaakpapillen kunnen genieten van al zijn geïsoleerde, lupuline-gevulde glorie. Ze gebruiken hun huisgist, hetzelfde mout/waterprofiel en veranderen slechts één ding: de hop. Deze versie toont de hop Nectaron van Freestyle hops - ze kennen deze hop goed, maar hebben hem nog nooit van hun primaire NZ-hopleverancier gebruikt. Pure Nectaron-expressie in ongebreidelde glorie!
