About this release
Een bijzondere Druif-lambiek van 3 Fonteinen, tot stand gekomen in samenwerking met de Oostenrijkse wijnmaker Christoph Hoch uit Hollenburg an der Donau. Zweigelt-druivenpomace werd meer dan negen maanden gemacereerd in een houten vat. De blend bestaat uit lambikken uit vier verschillende vaten en elf brouwsels, waarvan de oudste dateert uit maart 2018. De gewogen gemiddelde leeftijd bedraagt meer dan 27 maanden, met een fruitgehalte van 293 gram druivenpomace per liter. Circa 90% van de lambikken is gebrouwen met lokale granen uit het Pajottenland.
