About this release

Gingerbread Tonka Stout brewed in collaboration with Fuerst Wiacek. This full-bodied 12 percent stout bursts with the warming notes of spicy gingerbread, sweet vanilla and almond from tonka bean. The deep malty base evokes pure chocolate and caramel, resulting in a luxurious dessert beer with a perfect spicy, winter twist. Brouwerij Kees from Middelburg created this beer together with Fuerst Wiacek based on their philosophy that life is too short for boring beers. The brewery is known for flavorful, fruity and hoppy creations, but also for powerful dark beers with a unique twist. Gingerbread Man is a fine example of that creativity, with the brewery having crafted a dessert beer that feels warm and restrained. With 12 percent alcohol, this is a robust stout that is perfectly suited for winter evenings and as the conclusion to a meal.
