A carefully composed stout blend from DOT Brew in Dublin, aged from 2 years down to 6 months in various Teeling Whiskey casks: Irish single malt ex-bourbon, ruby port and white port. During the blending process, 10% dark red ale was added, aged long in Teeling ex-rum casks, providing a fitting sweetness. The result is a stout with a dark roasted, biscuit character, rounded vanilla notes and dark berry flavours. With an alcohol content of 15.2%, this 330ml bottle delivers a mature and complex experience.
