Een uitzonderlijke samenwerking tussen Evil Twin en Side Project Brewing. Series 56 is een verfijnde blend van een Side Project barleywine die 29 maanden rijpte in Willet 4-jaar bourbon vaten, gecombineerd met een Evil Twin barleywine die maar liefst 46 maanden doorbracht in Blis esdoornstroop bourbon vaten. Het resultaat is een weelderig bier met tonen van esdoorn, vanille, gedroogde vijgen en diep eikenhout. Zeldzaam en onvergetelijk.
