Imperial Stout brewed in collaboration with Emperors Brewery, inspired by millionaire's shortbread. Matured in bourbon barrels and layered with flavours of rich chocolate, caramel and biscuit, with the warmth and distinctive oak character of bourbon barrels. This 12.5% ABV top-tier beer comes from the kitchens of Fierce Beer, the daring Scottish brewery from Aberdeen known for its creative and flavourful beers with unusual ingredients. With their countless awards and reputation as one of Scotland's most innovative breweries, they know exactly how to combine refined flavours. This Imperial Stout is a beautiful example of that, where chocolate, caramel and biscuit harmoniously come together in a full, complex taste experience. Maturation in bourbon barrels gives the beer extra depth and warmth, while the characteristic oak character of these barrels shines through beautifully in the finish.
