About this release

Double Dry Hopped New England IPA brewed with Dolcita, Citra and Riwaka hop varieties. At 7.2% this is a juicy, hazy gem full of tropical fruit, citrus and a soft, creamy finish. A fresh and sunny interpretation of the classic NEIPA style. Ambrosia 10.0 comes from the kitchens of Funky Fluid, the boundary-pushing Polish brewery from Warsaw known for its intense and experimental beers. This is a perfect example of their craftsmanship in brewing full, characterful IPAs with deep flavor layers. The combination of three hop varieties creates a harmonious whole where tropical fruit notes elegantly blend with citrus accents. With an alcohol content of 7.2%, this New England IPA offers a good balance between flavor intensity and drinkability. The characteristic haziness and creamy texture are typical of the NEIPA style, while the soft finish ensures a pleasant drinking experience. This is a fresh, sunny beer that's perfect for warm days and in which the brewer's craft is clearly palpable.
