A bold Imperial Stout of 13% with Selim pepper, from Menno Olivier Brewing in Súria, Spain. This is the craft project of Menno Olivier, founder of Dutch Brewery de Molen, in which he applies his expertise and brewing style in a new environment. Spicy and deeply layered, with notes of cocoa, espresso and a subtle smoky undertone. The unique pepper touch adds a surprising aromatic and slightly peppery kick to this complex stout. With an alcohol content of 13%, this is a full and intense beer that stands out through the special addition of Selim pepper. This spice addition creates an interesting dimension that blends with the traditional characteristics of an Imperial Stout.
