About this release

A Barrel Aged Imperial Stout of 15%, in collaboration with 3 Sons. This ambitious beer has been aged for 24-36 months on Basil Hayden, Willet and Woodford Reserve Double Oaked barrels. Expect deep notes of vanilla, caramel, chocolate and a refined whiskey finish. This is a collaboration between the Swedish gypsy brewery Omnipollo and 3 Sons, where two creative breweries join forces. Omnipollo is known for their experimental and boundary-pushing beers from Sundbyberg, Sweden. They deliberately blur the lines between beer and desserts with their unique pastry stouts and artisanal recipes. The long aging on different whiskey barrels gives this Imperial Stout a complex and layered flavor profile. The combination of premium American oak and double toasting brings richness and depth to the fore. This is clearly a beer for lovers of full, complex flavors with a solid alcohol content. Perfect for those who enjoy intense, gripping Imperial Stouts with character and refinement. A beer to be enjoyed in smaller portions and with respect for the craft.

About Omnipollo

Omnipollo is a Swedish 'gypsy' brewery, famous for its experimental and boundary-pushing beers. They blur the lines between beer and desserts with their 'pastry stouts' and heavily fruited sours, and are known for their creative recipes and unique artwork.
