Barrel Aged Imperial Stout gebrouwen in samenwerking met 3 Sons Brewing uit Florida en Bottle Logic Brewing uit Californië. Andromeda is één van de meest verwachte releases van Omnipollo en dat is niet voor niets. Het bier wordt gebrouwen met geroosterd kokos als centraal ingrediënt en rijpt vervolgens in vaten, waar het diepe lagen van roast, karamel en vanille ontwikkelt die prachtig samensmelten met de rijkheid van de kokos. Het resultaat is decadent maar verfijnd — een ware showcase van vakmanschap en samenwerking tussen drie toonaangevende brouwerijen.
