About this release
Barrel Aged Lassi Gose met een ABV van 14,5%, gerijpt op bourbon vaten. Space Jam is Omnipollo's eigen blend van bessen en adjuncten die door de jaren heen een trouwe schare fans heeft opgebouwd. Deze bijzondere versie tilt het concept naar een nieuw niveau door het bier te laten rijpen in bourbon vaten. De tijd in hout droogt het bier uit en verdiept het karakter, met lagen van warmte en subtiele vanille die het levendige fruitige hart omhullen. Een volwassen evolutie van de serie, waarbij speelse bessensmaak samengaat met de complexiteit van barrel aging. Voor fans van Bianca: dit is een opwindend nieuw hoofdstuk.
