About this release

Inspired by the Swedish tradition of eating perfectly ripe citrus fruits during the dark winter, this hazy brew has been brewed with the finest Dolcita® hop from Yakima, USA. This hop variety delivers a pronounced profile of sun-ripened mandarins, exactly the feeling we were looking for. This is a collaboration between Swedish gypsy brewery Omnipollo and Yakima Chief, two parties that perfectly complement each other in their passion for experimental beers. Omnipollo, based in Sundbyberg, is known worldwide for blurring the boundaries between beer and desserts with their pastry stouts and heavily fruited sours. This Mandarin is a perfect example of that, a creation that reflects their unique artistic vision. With a pleasant alcohol content of 5.6 percent, this is an accessible yet full-bodied experience, perfect for those who prefer to stay a bit lighter but don't want to compromise on flavor. In the glass, this 440ml hazy IPA presents itself as an intensely fruity experience. The Dolcita® hop provides that characteristic mandarin-like sweetness that takes you straight back to sunny citrus groves.
