While Polly's Brew Co. is primarily known for their fresh, hoppy Pale Ales and IPAs with a focus on aromatic quality, they prove with this 10% ABV Imperial Stout that they also fully master the art of dark, powerful beers. The brewery, with their philosophy of constant improvement, has created a beer that is perfectly balanced.
