Imperial Pastry Stout with 11% ABV, inspired by the famous Slovenian festive cake 'Potica'. This artisanal masterpiece comes from the hands of Clef Brewery from Slovenian Arja Vas, a brewery known for its creative and characterful creations. The beer is brewed with a carefully composed grain mix of light and dark, common and special, roasted and sweet malts, balanced with Slovenian hops for perfect equilibrium. After an extra long boil for optimal caramelization, roasted walnuts soaked in rum were added to the fermenter, along with vanilla, cinnamon and sugar. As the cherry on top, pieces of authentic homemade grandmother's Potica were added to the recipe. This results in a rich, complex and festive experience that feels perfectly suited for the most special moments.
