Imperial Pastry Stout of 11% ABV, inspired by the famous Slovenian festive cake 'Potica'. This artisanal masterpiece comes from the hand of Clef Brewery from Slovenian Arja Vas, a brewery known for its creative and characterful creations. The beer is brewed with a carefully composed grain mix of light and dark, ordinary and special, roasted and sweet malts, balanced with Slovenian hop for a perfect balance. After an extra long boil for optimal caramelization, roasted walnuts soaked in rum were added to the fermenter, along with vanilla, cinnamon and sugar. As a finishing touch, pieces of real homemade Potica from grandma were added to the recipe. This results in a rich, complex and festive experience that feels perfectly suited for the most special moments.
