New England Double IPA with lactose, brewed by Norwegian brewery Salikatt from Stavanger. This anniversary beer celebrates 10 years of Salikatt and is inspired by the legendary Cold Fusion. Brewed with Citra, Vic Secret and Mosaic hop varieties using the old, slow and labor-intensive process that was used back then. A creamy, full-bodied DIPA with intense hop aromas and a soft, sweet finish thanks to the lactose. Salikatt is known for its high-quality, modern beers and has specialized in hoppy styles such as IPAs and Pale Ales for years. With this 10th Anniversary beer, they once again prove their craftsmanship.
