About this release

Delicate Helles Lager brewed with Pilsner malt and a touch of Munich malt, fermented with classic German yeast. Gently hopped with HBC 1134 and cold fermented. A refined and traditional German lager with a soft, malty character and subtle hop bitterness. Goldschein Helles comes from Norwegian brewery Salikatt in Stavanger, which has distinguished itself with high-quality, modern beers. Although Salikatt is primarily known for their ambitious hoppy styles such as IPAs and Pale Ales, this Helles demonstrates that they also fully master the classical brewing craft. The brewery has meanwhile also built a growing reputation with sour beers and barrel-aged creations, but with this lager they prove that simplicity and precision are equally valuable. With an alcohol content of 4.7 percent, this is an accessible and refined lager that is perfect for longer sessions.
