About this release

Pastry Sour Ale bursting with tropical flavors of pineapple, papaya, and coconut, rounded off with a soft vanilla note. A creamy and chewy mouthfeel creates a piña colada-like experience that is surprisingly far removed from a traditional beer. With this 5.1% ABV creation, SIBEERIA BREWERY has managed to create a true treat for lovers of dessert-like sour beers. This unique Pastry Sour playfully combines the exotic fruit trio with a noticeable body that evokes a drinkable cocktail. The vanilla note elegantly rounds off the flavor and enhances the creamy character of the beer. At 500ml per bottle, this is a perfect format to enjoy this special experience. The balance between sourness and sweetness makes this beer a versatile choice for those who dare to venture beyond traditional beer boundaries. Whether you're a fervent fan of fruity variations or simply curious about something completely different, this creation from SIBEERIA BREWERY offers a full dose of tropical decadence in every glass.
