This English brewery from Manchester, founded by a former Cloudwater employee, is known for producing fresh, hoppy beers of the highest quality. The B.A. Series I: Doom was created through a collaboration with Estonian brewery Põhjala and is an imposing stout that has matured for no less than 15 months in oak barrels. The beer was aged in Heaven Hill whiskey and maple bourbon barrels, resulting in a complex and rich taste experience with deep notes of molasses, maple syrup and oak wood. This is a beer to be enjoyed slowly, where every sip deserves your full attention. With a volume of 440ml and an impressive alcohol content, this is a top pick for lovers of heavy, characterful stouts.
