About this release

New Zealand IPA brewed in collaboration with Full Circle Brew Co. This ambitious collaborative project between Tartarus Beers and Full Circle results in a juicy, modern IPA with a pronounced Kiwi character. Wheat and oats provide a soft, creamy body that offers a pleasant contrast against the assertive hop profile. Exclusively hopped with Kohatu, Rakau and Superdelic for intense aromas of red berries, tropical fruit, pine and citrus zest. With an alcohol content of 6.3 percent, this is an accessible yet flavourful IPA that doesn't feel heavy. Tartarus Beers, the English brewery from Leeds, is known for experimental brews with complex flavour profiles inspired by mythology and folklore. In Ouroboros they combine their passion for adventurous beers with the expertise of Full Circle, resulting in a brew that feels both refined and energetic. Perfect for IPA enthusiasts looking for something different from standard American hop bombs.
