Imperial Stout geïnspireerd op het klassieke dessert Cherries Jubilee, gerijpt in bourbon en cognac vaten. Deze stout begon in verse bourbon vaten voor rijke eiken, vanille en bakkerijkruiden, en werd afgewerkt in cognac vaten voor elegante tonen van gedroogd fruit. Geblend met Montmorency kersen, citrus en panela, resulterend in een fluweelzachte stout met smaken van gekonfijte donkere kers, zachte vanille en een gekarameliseerd citrusfinish.
