French Whisky Barrel Aged Imperial Pastry Stout with an average maturation time of 18 months, brewed by the Parisian brewery Fauve. This exceptional stout is a blend of an Imperial Stout aged in French whisky barrels for 30 months and a younger Imperial Pastry Stout aged in Bourbon barrels. After blending, the beer was finished with cacao nibs and tonka bean for a luxurious, warming finish. Fauve is known for their colorful, expressive beers and artistic can designs, and with this creation they manage to impress once again. The name of this beer, Où Chante une Rivière, refers to a poetic image that perfectly aligns with the artistic vision of the Parisian brewery. With an alcohol content of 12.0 percent, this 330ml bottle offers an intense and complex taste experience that reveals many layers.
