French Whisky Barrel Aged Imperial Pastry Stout with an average maturation time of 18 months, brewed by the Parisian brewery Fauve. This exceptional stout is a blend of an Imperial Stout aged in French whisky barrels for 30 months and a younger Imperial Pastry Stout aged in Bourbon barrels. After blending, the beer was finished with cacao nibs and tonka beans for a luxurious, warming finish. Fauve is known for their colorful, expressive beers and once again impresses with this creation. The name of this beer, Où Chante une Rivière, refers to a poetic image that perfectly aligns with the brewery's artistic vision. With an alcohol content of 12.0 percent, this 330ml bottle offers an intense and complex taste experience. A decadent beer experience with notes of pure chocolate, vanilla, whisky and exotic spices. The combination of different maturation and aging times provides depth and refinement in every sip.
