With the addition of raspberries, this beer has been transformed into a fruity Framboise-style sour, with complex fruit notes, a balanced acidity and a wood-aged finish. The Foeder Framboise from LERVIG, the innovative Norwegian brewery from Stavanger, is a masterpiece of patience and craftsmanship.
