Beyond the Dark Triad - Heaven Hill BA is an ambitious Imperial Pastry Stout that pushes the boundaries of traditional brewing. The Romanian microbrewery Metanoia, based in Oradea, is known for its mission to change the perception of Romanian beer with crafted and flavorful creations. This beer is proof of that dedication. This Imperial Pastry Stout has been aged for 19 months in a Heaven Hill bourbon barrel and was created through a collaboration with Klere Boght. With an alcohol content of 12.0%, this 330ml bottle offers an intensive and rich experience. The combination of roasted pecans and maple syrup creates a dessert-like character with pronounced caramel, nutty, bourbon and roasted malt aromas. Beyond the Dark Triad presents itself as a decadent and complex sequel within Metanoia's Dark Triad series. The aging in bourbon barrels gives this beer its characteristic depth and full body.
