This blend combines Belgian Stout aged 27 months in Port barrels (raisin, red fruit, walnut), Rye Stout aged 9 months in PX Sherry barrels from Bodegas Fernández-Gao (caramel, fig, spices) and Multi Grain Wine aged 22 months in Wyoming whiskey barrels (oak, fudge, vanilla warmth). The secret lies in the extra dimension: a homemade syrup of steamed dried fruits, plums, figs, dates, apricots and peaches, slowly cooked into a velvety smooth compote that seamlessly merges with the barrel character.
