About this release
Na de experimentele Piña Colada release stopte Omnipollo een deel van de basis in bourbonvaten om te zien hoe het zich zou ontwikkelen. Het resultaat is een barrel aged sour van 8% die nog meer op een cocktail lijkt dan het origineel. Dikke schuimkraag, intense fruitigheid, een duidelijk spiritusaroma en een warme afdronk — een cocktailervaring uit een blikje.
