Imperial Pastry Stout, an ambitious collaborative project between nine breweries including Swedish Omnipollo, Kuhnhenn, Hair of the Dog, Anchorage, Pulpit Rock, 3 Sons, Närke Kulturbryggeri, Fidens and Lyric Brewing. This beer is a true masterpiece of craftsmanship and creativity. Three Times Three vol. 8 was created from carefully selected malts that were brewed for no less than 10 hours. The beer was then given 25 days to mature on hand-roasted coconut, an impressive 344 grams per liter, combined with Vietnamese cashews and Madagascan vanilla pods. The result is a spectacular and complex pastry stout with an alcohol content of 11 percent. Omnipollo, known as a Swedish gypsy brewery from Sundbyberg, is renowned for pushing the boundaries between beer and desserts with their pastry stouts and creativity.
