About this release
Caramelised Biscuit Imperial Stout van 14.2% ABV, een samenwerking tussen Tartarus en Brouwerij Kees. Dubbel gemout met 1,3 ton mout inclusief rijkelijke hoeveelheden haver voor een gladde, volle body. Special B mout voor rijke karamel- en rozijnsmaken, chocolade- en Carafa 3-mout voor koffie- en chocoladetonen. Gebitterd tot 80 IBU, aangevuld met donkerbruine en demerara-suiker, 3 uur gekookt en geconditioneerd op 45 kg gekarameliseerde koekjes. Verwacht diepe, rijke smaken van koekje en karamel!
