About this release

Who hasn't ever added a little powder to their morning milk? That warm glass of milk with a few scoops of that famous Nestlé powder, a reassuring way to wake up. Our goal was to create a robust, warming and comforting imperial stout. Aged on Madagascar vanilla and cacao nibs, we also added an absurd amount of vanilla soft serve and strawberry puree. All of this gives it a light tint that evokes the chocolate milk from mother's days gone by. This Kwik Fraise from Brasserie Sir John Brewing Co. from Lachute, Canada, is an ambitious brewing project that combines nostalgia and craftsmanship. With an alcohol content of 10.0%, this beer offers a full, warming alcoholic presence that perfectly aligns with the comforting characteristics of the brew.
