About this release

A special collab-pack consisting of three barrel aged stouts, developed in collaboration with DOT Brew from Dublin, the two-Michelin-starred restaurant Liath, Imbibe Coffee Roasters and The Proper Chocolate Company. The set contains: **The OG** (8.5%), an extra stout matured in bourbon barrels and brewed with 11 different malts for deep complexity and fullness. **The Double Barrel** (9.3%) is a robust stout first matured in bourbon and then finished anew in fresh bourbon barrels, enriched with Brazilian coffee from Imbibe for extra refinement. **And for Dessert** (8.7%) is a silky smooth stout, matured in bourbon and refined with cacao nibs from Proper Chocolate and a touch of lactose for extra creaminess. This collaboration project between the Irish brewery and top chefs results in a collection with real character and depth. Each beer in this 330ml set tells its own story, from the classic bourbon barrel character of The OG to the espresso notes of The Double Barrel and the chocolate-dessert-like appeal of And for Dessert.
