The result is a velvety smooth, powerful stout with layered flavors and aromas of malt, wood and the slow oxidation processes that took place during the long maturation. Resonance is 'off the rack', meaning no spices, sugars or other additions were used after barrel-aging. A pure and balanced stout, shaped by patience and dedication, possibly the finest barrel-aged stout Salikatt has ever made.
