About this release
Een rijke en complexe Imperial Stout met dubbele barrel-aging: eerst 18 maanden in Heaven Hill en Wild Turkey vaten, gevolgd door 6 maanden afwerking in geselecteerde bourbon vaten. Het resultaat is een fluweelzachte, krachtige stout met gelaagde smaken en aroma's van mout, hout en de langzame oxidatieprocessen die plaatsvonden tijdens de lange rijping. Resonance is 'off the rack', wat betekent dat er geen specerijen, suikers of andere toevoegingen zijn gebruikt na de barrel-aging. Een pure en gebalanceerde stout, gevormd door geduld en toewijding - mogelijk de beste barrel-aged stout die Salikatt ooit heeft gemaakt.
